Archers should be aware that there is unofficial practice available on the Tuggeranong Archery Range on Saturday 24 March.
Archers should also be aware the ACT Open Field Archery Championships will be held on Sat 31 March and Sun 1 April at Tuggeranong Archery Club immediately following the Nationals.
Greenway Country Comfort Motel is the most convenient accommodation for the event. Archers should note that accommodation in Tuggeranong, and Canberra generally, is very tight due to the weekly travel of Federal Parliamentarians and their staff and advisors. Tuggeranong is the location for the Federal Government Head Offices for Centrelink, Medicare, and FaCSIA and numerous public servants travel in to Head Office during each week all year round.
All archers, managers, officials and their friends will be well looked after by the Tuggeranong Valley Rugby Union Club, the affiliated sports club of Tuggeranong Archery and a major sponsor of the event. The TVRUC Town Centre Club, the location of the Presentation Dinner, is adjacent to the Greenway Country Comfort Motel.
